REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation by Customer
If a booking is cancelled by the customer after confirmation, cancellation charges will apply based on the time of cancellation prior to the travel date. These charges are levied to cover costs already committed to hotels, transport providers, and other service partners.
Cancellation charges are calculated on the total tour cost as follows:
Cancellation made more than 30 days before travel date: 10% of total tour cost
Cancellation made between 30 to 15 days before travel date: 30% of total tour cost
Cancellation made between 15 to 7 days before travel date: 50% of total tour cost
Cancellation made within 7 days of travel or no-show: 100% of total tour cost
Non-Refundable Components
Certain services such as peak-season hotel bookings, special darshan tickets, houseboats, or advance-purchase transport bookings may be non-refundable. Any such conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Refund Processing
If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7 to 10 working days after deducting applicable cancellation charges and supplier penalties. Refunds will be made only to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.
Cancellation by TrypDeals Trip Planner
In rare cases where a tour is cancelled by TrypDeals Trip Planner due to unavoidable circumstances, customers will be offered either a full refund or an alternative tour option of similar value, subject to mutual agreement.
No-Show Policy
If the customer fails to arrive on the scheduled travel date or does not inform us in advance, it will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be applicable.
Force Majeure
No refunds will be provided for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond control including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or political unrest.
