Tagore Hill is about 90 m (300 ft) above its base. The elder brother of Rabindranath Tagore, Jyotirindranath Tagore purchased the hillok Morabadi and built up an ashram after the suicide of his wife Kadambari Devi. You can get a panoramic view from the top of the hill, and a great part of Ranchi can be seen from this place.
