Places
Feni River
The river forms the international boundary between India and Bangladesh. Public roads and permitted riverside areas provide views across the water toward Ramgarh. Remain outside fenced or restricted border areas and follow instructions from security personnel.
Maitri Setu
A 1.9-km road bridge connecting Sabroom with Ramgarh in Bangladesh. It was inaugurated in 2021 as part of plans to improve access between northeastern India and the Chattogram region. The bridge and land port are working security and customs installations, not unrestricted sightseeing areas. Do not attempt to enter the bridge without authorization.
Sabroom railway station
The southern terminus of Tripura's railway system. The small modern station is of interest to railway enthusiasts and marks the end of the broad-gauge line from Agartala. Obtain permission before undertaking elaborate photography or entering non-public railway areas.
