Alattiyur Hanuman Temple

Alathiyur Hanuman Temple, also known as Alathiyur Perumthrikkovil or Hanuman Kavu, is a famous Hindu temple between the Ponnani River and the Bharathappuzha at Alathiyur near Tirur, Malappuram district, Kerala state, India. Although the main deity is Rama, the seventh avatar of Vishnu, Hanuman, believed to be an incarnation of Shiva and a devotee of Rama and a Chiranjivi, is as famous as the main deity in the temple. Also reside in the temple as sub-deities of equal importance: Lakshmana, Ganesha, Maha Vishnu, Durga, Bhadrakali, Ayyappan, and Naga deities. According to legend, the idol of Hanuman was consecrated 3000 years ago (1000 AD) by Sage Vasishtha, one of the Saptarishis.

Triprangode Siva Temple

Triprangode Siva Temple is a Hindu temple located at Triprangode, near Tirur, Malappuram district, Kerala. This ancient temple is situated 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) west of Tirunavaya railway station and 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) south of Tirur railway station. It is one of the most important Hindu pilgrimage centres in northern Kerala. Kokila Sandeśa of Uddanta Sanstrikal (15th century) mentions Triprangode among other major destinations in the region. Inscriptions of the Later Chera ruler Goda Ravi Varma (10th century) were discovered from the Triprangode Siva Temple.

Vairankode Bhagavathy Temple

Hindu temple, one of oldest Bhadrakaali temples in Kerala. The Vairankode Vela, celebrated here, is one of the most popular local annual festivals. The Vairankode Festival, also known as Vairankode Vela or Vairankode Theeyattulsavam, is an annual celebration held at the Vairankode Bhagavathy Temple near Thirunavaya in the Malappuram district, Kerala. It is dedicated to the goddess Bhadra Kaali.
