Day 1: Arrival in Guwahati – Transfer to Cherrapunji
Pick-up at Guwahati Airport:
Our representative will welcome you at Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport and assist you with the transfer to Cherrapunji, famously known as the rain capital of the world.
Enroute Attractions:
Umiam Lake (Barapani): A serene lake surrounded by lush greenery and hills, perfect for relaxation.
Elephant Falls: A three-tier waterfall surrounded by dense vegetation, offering a stunning photo opportunity.
Arwah Cave: Explore limestone formations and ancient marine fossils in this beautiful cave.
NohKaLikai Falls: India’s tallest plunge waterfall, offering breathtaking views.
Mawsmai Cave: A beginner-friendly cave with natural formations and a thrilling experience.

Day 2: Cherrapunji – Double Decker Root Bridge Trek
Breakfast & Start of the Day:
Begin your day with a hearty breakfast and gear up for an adventurous trek.
Trek to Nongriat Village:
Double Decker Root Bridge: Start your trek from Tyrna Village, leading to the iconic root bridge amidst dense forests. Enjoy the natural beauty along the way.
Optional Hike to Rainbow Falls: Extend your trek to the mesmerizing Rainbow Falls, where sunlight creates beautiful rainbows over the clear waters.
Return to Hotel:
After the trek, return to your hotel in Cherrapunji to relax and enjoy the evening.
Day 3: Visit Mawlynnong, Dawki, and Shnongpdeng
Breakfast & Start of the Journey:
Drive to Mawlynnong, Asia’s cleanest village, followed by a visit to Dawki and Shnongpdeng.
Mawlynnong Attractions:
Living Root Bridge: A unique, natural bridge created by tree roots.
Balancing Rock: A massive boulder precariously balanced on another rock.
Bangladesh Viewpoint: Enjoy panoramic views of the neighboring country from the village.
Dawki River & Suspension Bridge:
Visit Dawki, famous for the crystal-clear Umngot River and its charming suspension bridge. Take a boat ride to admire the river’s pristine beauty.
Return to Shillong:
After a day of exploration, return to your hotel in Shillong for an overnight stay.
Day 4: Departure from Guwahati
Breakfast & Check-out:
After breakfast, drive to Guwahati for your departure.
Optional Guwahati Tour (If Time Permits):
Visit the Kamakhya Temple and other local landmarks before heading to the airport or railway station.
Drop-Off:

- 75% Between 15-05 Days Before Tour Departure
