Day 1: Hubli to Hampi (165 km – 4.5 hrs)

Pickup from Hubli railway station or airport Drive to Hampi via Hospet Check-in at hotel, After refreshment start your today sightseeing.

Sightseeing:

Virupaksha Temple – A 7th-century temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, still active with daily worship.

Hampi Bazaar – A historic market street lined with stone pavilions once used by traders during the Vijayanagara Empire.

After breakfast and checkout, proceed to:

Pattadakal – Virupaksha Temple – A UNESCO site built in 8th century by Queen Lokamahadevi to commemorate her husband’s victory.

Pattadakal – Mallikarjuna Temple – Known for its detailed sculptures and Dravidian-style architecture beside Virupaksha.

Aihole – Durga Temple – A unique apsidal temple shaped like a horseshoe, blending Buddhist and Hindu styles.

Aihole – Lad Khan Temple – One of the oldest temples in Aihole, originally a royal assembly hall later converted to a Shiva temple.
