Day 1: Haridwar to Chopta (229 km | 2,608 m)

Your adventure begins upon arrival in Haridwar, whether at the railway station, bus stand, or Dehradun Airport. After meeting our representative in the morning, you will embark on a scenic drive to Chopta, passing through Guptkashi. Along the way, visit Devprayag, the point where the Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers meet to form the Ganges. By afternoon, you’ll arrive in Chopta and check into your hotel. After freshening up, visit the charming Saari Village and the pristine Deoria Tal, a peaceful lake offering stunning views. Return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Trek to Tungnath and Chandrashila (10 km | 4,000 m)

Start your day early with a hearty breakfast before setting out on your trek to Tungnath, the highest Shiva temple in the world. The trek is filled with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. From Tungnath, continue the short 1 km trek to Chandrashila Peak, where you’ll be rewarded with a panoramic, 360-degree view of the snow-clad Himalayan ranges, including Kedar Dome, Chaukhamba, Nanda Devi, and more. After soaking in the magnificent scenery, trek back to your hotel in Chopta. Enjoy a warm dinner and rest for the night.

Day 3: Chopta to Haridwar via Rishikesh (229 km | 314 m)

After breakfast, take a leisurely morning to enjoy the tranquility of Chopta before beginning the drive back. En route, stop in Rishikesh to explore the iconic Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula bridges, as well as the vibrant local markets. Conclude the tour by transferring to Haridwar for your drop-off, taking with you wonderful memories of your trek and the serene beauty of Chopta.
