Our driver picks you up from your hotel or home in Gwalior in the morning. Drive from Gwalior to Kuno (about 116 km, 2 hrs 15 min). Check in at your hotel in Kuno. Leave Gwalior early for the drive through the Chambal country to Kuno. After lunch, set out on the afternoon safari; the open grasslands of the tourism zone are where you have the best chance of seeing a cheetah, along with herds of chital, nilgai and chinkara. Overnight stay in Kuno.

Start at dawn with a second safari, when predators are most active and the light is soft over the grass. After breakfast, drive back to Gwalior, where the tour ends.
