Our driver picks you up from your hotel or home in Ahmedabad in the morning. Drive from Ahmedabad to Mount Abu (about 224 km, 4 hrs 30 min). Check in at your hotel in Mount Abu. Drive north across the Gujarat border and up the ghat road from Abu Road. After lunch, take a boat on Nakki lake and walk to Sunset Point for the last sunset of the year. New Year's Eve dinner at the hotel or a walk through the lit-up bazaar. Overnight stay in Mount Abu.

Guru Shikhar, Dilwara and back to Ahmedabad
Drive up to Guru Shikhar, at 1,722 m the highest point of the Aravallis, for the morning view and the small Dattatreya temple. At noon, visit the Dilwara Jain temples, carved in white marble in the 11th to 13th centuries with astonishing detail. Then drive back to Ahmedabad. Drive from Mount Abu to Ahmedabad (about 224 km, 4 hrs 30 min), and drop at your hotel, home or the railway station in Ahmedabad. The tour ends here.
