Udupi to Murudeshwar

Our driver picks you up from your hotel or home in Udupi in the morning. Drive from Udupi to Murudeshwar (about 102 km, 2 hrs). Check in at your hotel in Murudeshwar. Check in and visit the Murudeshwar temple and the huge seated Shiva on Kanduka Hill. Take the lift up the Raja Gopura for the view over the sea and the statue. Spend the evening on the beach beside the temple. Overnight stay in Murudeshwar.

Day 2

Netrani and back to Udupi

If you like snorkelling or scuba diving, book a morning trip to Netrani Island, about an hour away by boat (October to May, weather permitting; paid separately). Otherwise, relax on the beach before leaving. Drive from Murudeshwar to Udupi (about 102 km, 2 hrs), and drop at your hotel, home or the railway station in Udupi. The tour ends here.
