Our driver picks you up from your hotel or home in Nagpur in the morning. Drive from Nagpur to Pench (about 107 km, 2 hrs). Check in at your hotel in Pench. Drive north to the Turia gate of Pench and check in at a jungle lodge. Go on an afternoon jeep safari through teak forest and open meadows, where herds of chital and gaur graze and tigers and wild dogs hunt; the forest inspired the setting of Kipling's Jungle Book. Overnight stay in Pench.
