Our driver picks you up from your hotel or home in Nanded in the morning. Check in at your hotel in Nanded. Nanded on the Godavari is where Guru Gobind Singh Ji spent his last days in 1708, and Takht Sachkhand Sri Hazur Abchalnagar Sahib, one of the five takhts of the Sikh faith, stands over the place. Have darshan, see the weapons of the Guru shown to the sangat in the evening, share the langar, and stay for the evening prayers. Cover your head and leave your shoes at the counter. Overnight stay in Nanded.

Visit the other gurdwaras linked to the Guru's time in Nanded, many of them on the Godavari: Gurdwara Nagina Ghat, Banda Ghat, where Banda Singh Bahadur met the Guru, Hira Ghat, Gobind Bagh, Shikar Ghat and Mata Sahib Devaji, where langar is served all day. In the afternoon, drive about 50 km to Kandhar, a large old fort with moats and bastions, linked to the Rashtrakuta kings, before returning to Nanded for the drop. Drive from Nanded to Kandhar Fort (about 45 km, 1 hr) and from Kandhar Fort to Nanded (about 45 km, 1 hr), and drop at your hotel, home or the railway station in Nanded. The tour ends here.
