Day 01: Arrival in Port Blair and City Tour

Port Blair Havelock Neil Island Tour 5 Days Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be communicated in writing. A minimum charge of INR 2500 or 25% of the booking amount will apply. Additional charges will be applied if cancellation notice is received within 21 days before the tour as follows:
- 30-21 days before the tour: Loss of deposit.
- 14 days before the tour: 50% of the total tour cost.
- 7 days before the tour: 75% of the total tour cost.
- 4 days before the tour: 100% of the total tour cost.
Please note: Cancellation charges are subject to review by those arranging the itinerary. We will make every effort to reduce cancellation charges and negotiate the lowest possible fees.
If a ferry or seaplane to Havelock or another island is cancelled due to bad weather or other unavoidable circumstances, alternative accommodation will be provided in Port Blair. Additional charges for extra nights in Havelock/Port Blair will apply.
Refunds are processed using the method of payment from the initial transaction. For cash payments, refunds will be processed through cheque or online transfer.
Refunds are initiated within 5 working days of receiving the cancellation request. Please allow 5-14 days for the money to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
Mid-tour cancellations are allowed but are non-refundable.

Child Rate

Children above 10 years will be charged at 100% of the adult rate (EPSR).
Children aged 5-10 sharing a parent’s room will be charged as per CWB or CNB.
Children under 5 years are complimentary for hotels; however, charges apply for entry and ferry for children over 2 years of age.
