Day 1

Patna to Rameshwaram

Reach Madurai by train from Patna, where our driver meets you. Drive from Madurai to Rameshwaram (about 174 km, 3 hrs 30 min). Check in at your hotel in Rameshwaram. Cross the Pamban Bridge onto Rameshwaram island and check in. Visit the Ramanathaswamy Temple in the evening and walk its pillared corridors, the longest of any temple in India. Overnight stay in Rameshwaram.
