Day 1

Pondicherry to Rameshwaram

Our driver picks you up from your hotel or home in Pondicherry in the morning. Drive from Puducherry to Rameshwaram (about 421 km, 8 hrs 30 min). Check in at your hotel in Rameshwaram. Cross the Pamban Bridge onto Rameshwaram island and check in. Visit the Ramanathaswamy Temple in the evening and walk its pillared corridors, the longest of any temple in India. Overnight stay in Rameshwaram.
