Day 01: Arrival in Udaipur

Upon arrival at Udaipur Airport, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel. Udaipur, famously known as the “City of Lakes,” is renowned for its stunning palaces, lakes, temples, and gardens. Enjoy the evening at your leisure, exploring the city or relaxing.

– Overnight stay: Udaipur

Day 02: Udaipur Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, embark on a sightseeing tour of Udaipur, described as the most romantic city in India by Col. James Todd.

– Visit the grand City Palace, featuring carved balconies, arches, and decorated pillars, including Zenana Mahal, Fateh Prakash, Durbar Hall, and Shambhu Niwas.

– Explore the famous Jagdish Temple and stroll through the picturesque Saheliyon-ki-Bari, a garden for royal ladies.

– In the evening, take an optional cruise on Lake Pichola (not included) and enjoy the beautiful sunset views over the lake.

Day 03: Udaipur to Mount Abu

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and drive to Mount Abu, the only hill station in Rajasthan. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and spend the rest of the day relaxing or exploring nearby attractions.

Distance from Udaipur to Mount Abu: 200 km / approx. 4 hours by road.

Day 04: Mount Abu Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, set out to explore Mount Abu’s key attractions:

– Visit Guru Shikhar, the highest peak in the Aravalli range.

– Explore the intricate marble carvings of the Dilwara Jain Temples.

– Relax at Nakki Lake and enjoy the scenic views at Sunset Point.

– Discover Achalgarh Fort, Adhar Devi Temple, and the Brahma Kumari Ashram.

– Overnight stay: Mount Abu

Day 05: Mount Abu to Udaipur – Departure

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and drive back to Udaipur. You will be dropped off at Udaipur Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey.
