Pilgrimage Sequence

2. 2Visit Dwarkadhish Temple: Offer prayers to Lord Krishna as Dwarkadhish, witness the flag-changing ceremony, and explore the 5-storey structure.
3. 3Rukmini Devi Temple: Travel 2 km to this 12th-century temple dedicated to Krishna's chief queen, admiring its intricate carvings.
4. 4Bet Dwarka: Take a boat from Okha to this island, believed to be Krishna's actual residence, and visit the temple there.
5. 5Nageshwar Jyotirlinga: En route or after Bet Dwarka, stop at this Shiva temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas, and see the large outdoor Shiva statue.

• Dress modestly and remove footwear before entering the temple, as is customary.
• Arrive early morning or during aarti times for a less crowded and more spiritual experience.
• Carry a valid ID for boat rides to Bet Dwarka and be mindful of sea timings.
• Combine Dwarka with nearby Somnath (a separate Jyotirlinga town) for a fuller pilgrimage, but remember they are distinct sites.
• Stay hydrated and use sunscreen, as the coastal sun can be intense; also carry a small offering for the temple.
