Your day begins at 9 AM with a pickup from Rishikesh railway station. Drive to Triveni Ghat for the morning Ganga Aarti, then head north to Laxman Jhula and the Trayambakeshwar Temple. After a walk back, visit Ram Jhula and Parmarth Niketan, followed by lunch. In the afternoon, visit Patanjali Yogpeeth before returning to the station by 6:30 PM.     Rishikesh Railway Station

    Meet your driver at the railway station and start your day. Keep the morning free for the ghats and the bridges.

    Triveni Ghat

    One of the most sacred ghats in Rishikesh, on the banks of the Ganga. Take a holy dip if you wish, then sit on the steps and watch the river. The famous Ganga Aarti here is in the evening, so we come back for it at the end of the day.

    Ram Jhula

    The older of the two suspension bridges, connecting Swarg Ashram side with the town. Walk across, enjoy the river views, and visit Parmarth Niketan ashram on the far bank.

    Trayambakeshwar Temple

    A tall 13-storey temple dedicated to Lord Shiva near Laxman Jhula. Climb up for wide views of the Ganga and the hills. Note the temple closes in the afternoon, so we visit before lunch.

    Lunch near Laxman Jhula

    Enjoy a vegetarian lunch at one of the many cafes around Laxman Jhula.

    Neer Garh Waterfall

    A short walk from the road brings you to this waterfall in the forested hills above Rishikesh. Cool off in the pool at the base and enjoy the greenery. Best visited in daylight, so we go in the afternoon.

    Triveni Ghat

    Return to Triveni Ghat for the evening Ganga Aarti. Arrive early to get a good spot on the steps, then watch the lamps and chanting at dusk. This is the highlight of a Rishikesh day.

    Rishikesh Railway Station

    Return to the railway station with wonderful memories of Rishikesh.

Good to Know

Best time to visit: October to March, when the weather is pleasant

  • Dress modestly, especially for temple visits; remove shoes before entering temples.
  • Carry a hat, sunscreen, and water bottle as it can get sunny during the day.
  • The morning Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat is around sunrise; check exact timings locally.
  • Some temples close in the afternoon (12:30-3 PM), so plan accordingly.

  5. Sightseeing Duration: The package covers one day of local sightseeing from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, according to the agreed itinerary. Additional hours, extended sightseeing, or extra kilometres may attract additional charges.
  6. Booking Confirmation: The final vehicle type, itinerary, pickup location, sightseeing duration, and applicable charges will be confirmed at the time of booking.
