TrypDeals Trip Planner is an independent travel consultancy and tour planning service. We assist customers in planning customized tour packages including transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing arrangements. We do not own airlines, hotels, vehicles, or operate as an official representative of any temple authority, tourism board, airline, hotel chain, or government organization.
Booking and Confirmation
All tour packages offered by TrypDeals Trip Planner are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from our team via WhatsApp or email. Verbal communication alone does not constitute confirmation.
Pricing and Payments
All prices communicated are based on current availability, season, and number of travelers. Final prices may vary if there are changes in dates, hotels, vehicle type, or itinerary. Payments must be made only through approved payment methods shared by TrypDeals Trip Planner. We do not accept responsibility for payments made to unauthorized persons or links.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal details including name, age, contact information, and valid identity proof where required. TrypDeals Trip Planner is not responsible for issues arising due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Changes in Itinerary
Due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, road closures, political disturbances, strikes, or supplier issues, itineraries may need to be modified. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the interest of safety and smooth travel operations without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
TrypDeals Trip Planner acts only as a facilitator between customers and service providers. We are not liable for any injury, loss, delay, accident, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers including hotels, transport operators, or local vendors.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, logos, images, and itineraries is the property of TrypDeals Trip Planner and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
